Location is great with a good management of the buildings...
Location is great with a good management of the buildings externally, however inside the rooms were in bad conditions mainly the bedrooms. The walls inside the bedrooms were with several spots demonstrating a low level of maintenance and attention of the management.
Quality of the beds were really bad.

No momento do checkin houve um problema e minha reserva que foi confirmada pelo booking não estava feita no hotel. O funcionário da portaria não nos deixou entrar no hotel e pediu que aguardássemos, ficamos 10 minutos na portaria e nada era feito, pedimos então para ir à recepção para resolver o problema, chegando lá, o recepcionista nem sequer havia tentando contato com os responsáveis (total descaso), e ainda nos informou que a empresa responsável pela reserva não trabalha aos finais de semana, e caso não conseguisse contato não iriamos ficar hospedados no hotel, mesmo que eu houvesse apresentado minha reserva confirmada pelo booking. Por sorte, conseguiram contato com a responsável, que foi extremamente atenciosa, nos pediu desculpas pelo erro e resolveu imediatamente o problema. Os funcionários do próprio hotel nos trataram com um descaso enorme
